SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

 
SHIPPING POLICY​

  • Shipping will only commence after payment has been made and verified.

  • Delivery days start counting only after payment has been verified.


Regular delivery time lines are:
Abuja (Standard delivery, 1-3 working days)
Other States (Standard delivery 3-5 working days)
International (Express Delivery 4-7 working days)
International (Standard Delivery 10-14 working days)

  • Orders placed after 2PM (WAT) may be treated as “next-day” orders.

  • In an event that an order will be delayed due to measures beyond our control, you will be immediately notified and kept up to date with the progress of the order(s).

  • Please ensure to crosscheck and confirm all contact details as Myria Gee™ is not responsible for wrong addresses and/or misinformation given.

  • Please note that it may take longer to process orders during Black Friday Sales, New Product Launch, Holidays, or other Sale events. Allow 2-4 business days for order processing in such events.

Please allow 1-3 days to process worldwide deliveries(outside Nigeria) before shipping days start counting.
International orders are not eligible for free/discounted shipping at this time.​​​

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
​​     If you are dissatisfied with a product, we will do our best to make it right. Here are some things you might need to know:
​

  • All discounted sales are final.

  • We do not accept returns due to customer's sizing/selection errors, please check our sizing chart to ensure you pick the right one.

  • All taxes, shipping and logistics fees are non-refundable.

  • If products are broken/damaged on arrival, they must  be reported within 24 hours and returned within 4 days of receiving said item in order to be eligible for returns/refunds.

  • Product(s) to be returned must be unworn, unopened and in its/their original packaging to be eligible for returns/refunds.

  • Products suspected of being used will not be eligible for returns

  • We provide tracking information on all orders once they have been placed. If there is misinformation in the contact details (phone number, email, address, etc.), and the item(s) are returned, you will cover the cost of the second shipping to your address. 

  • If you would like to cancel an order after it has been returned to our warehouse, the shipping fees will be not be refunded.

  • If a package is returned to Myria Gee™ due to incorrect information (address, phone number, email address, etc) provided by the customer or if the delivery company requires the customer to be home and they aren’t, the customer will be responsible for for the cost of re-shipping the products, as well as any other additional delivery cost.

  • Myria Gee™ is not responsible for “missing/stolen” packages that have a confirmed delivery to the address entered by the customer to avoid fraudulent activities.

  • We only process returns, refunds & exchanges for products purchased and fulfilled on this site.

  • Sadly, International orders are not eligible for exchanges, returns or refunds at this time.

What can I return?
Any item that was damaged upon receipt
Any item that was sent in the wrong size/colour

Any wrong product received

Who pays for shipping?
If an item is to be replaced due to damage upon receipt or sizing errors, we will reimburse return shipping cost upon receipt of valid proof of shipping bill. We request that such items be returned on a prior agreed means. 

If an item is to be replaced due to any other reason, the return fees will be deducted from the order credit.

How do I return/exchange?
Simply mail the product in their original packaging with a hard copy of the receipt earlier emailed to you.

 

WARRANTY

All our satin bonnets have a 6 month warranty from the date of purchase which covers bleeding and/or fraying. In which case, the Myrian is eligible for a partial refund or exchange.

POLICY MISUSE
We monitor return activity for abuse and reserve the right to limit or refuse returns or exchanges. We also reserve the right to refuse service, delay or cancel orders suspected of fraud and the likes.
